All our installations are done as per the specifications of the manufacturer. We use only quality materials, and all our employees are qualified to perform your installation.
After we provide our free inspection and provide you with an estimate and photos, we will review the estimate with you and proceed to generate your contract.
Once the contract is signed, we will schedule your start date and order your materials. Your installation will be overseen by one of our foremen, with at least 10 years of experience, who will be on site for the entire time of your project
Repairs done in a timely manner can save you a lot of money, time and frustration.
Minor repairs, before the roofing materials start to deteriorate, will prevent interior damage and damage to your decking and surrounding wood material.
Repairs are not covered by your insurance policy, so keeping the cost of them to a minimum is best for your pocketbook.
Depending on the type of roofing material, all roofs require maintenance at least every 3 to 4 years. Even new roofs need to be inspected at least at those intervals, and any time there are severe weather events at your address.
Although your roofing material may be new, the plastic cement that surrounds the perforations (vents, pipes, skylights, etc.) and the areas where your first floor roof meets your second story walls, will dry out with the heat and will start allowing water in.
Most insurance companies can deny your roof claim if it is obvious that required maintenance has not been done as required.
We do not utilize drones for our inspections because we believe certain aspects of your roof, like the granular loss and the brittleness of the asphalt material, can only be assessed with the naked eye and by feeling it with our own hands.
Our inspections are free of charge. We will prepare an estimate for you and provide it along with photos of your roof so we can review our findings and discuss all options available. Whenever there are strong wind and hail storms in your area, you should have your roof inspected by a qualified roofer.
Damage is not always visible to the naked yet, especially not from ground level. We will match any competitor’s price as long as we receive a written estimate showing the same quality materials and same scope of work as our estimate.
