If in our professional opinion we determine the damage to your roof is weather-related, we will assist you in providing your insurance company with all the documentation, such as an itemized estimate and photos, to support the claim and will assist in communicating with them directly to address any of their questions and concerns.
Our company’s ultimate goal is to complete the work in the time designated in your contract, but more importantly, is that your home is never in any danger of weather-related damage during the course of our work. We will not start a job if inclement weather is forecasted for the days your work is scheduled for, and we will keep you informed at all times if there is a need to make changes to your start date.
The owner(s) will be present at various stages of the installation, and a foreman with a minimum of 10 years of experience will be on-site the entire time. Your final bill will not be presented to you for payment until our final inspection has been completed and the job lives up to our stringent quality checklist.
We will submit proof of completion and all necessary documentation required by your insurance company, at which point they will release your final payment. We will continue to be the point of contact with them for any additional questions during this final step.
We will place you on our maintenance list and call you periodically to schedule a free inspection to make sure everything still looks good. If maintenance is needed, we will provide a comprehensive estimate.
